Made from grass-fed Alberta A2 cream, the butter is naturally cultured, slowly churned, and finished entirely by hand before being packed in a food-grade packaging and placed inside a hand-stamped pine case.

    This is not portioned butter. It is a working format, intended for service, production, and serious cooking but also presented beautifully enough to be a centerpiece of the table.

    The culturing process develops a deeper, more complex flavour. Slow churning and hand-kneading create a smooth, stable texture, while sea salt from Salt Spring Sea Salt is folded in by hand for balance and finish.
