We culture our cream for 48 hours before churning, allowing natural dairy cultures to develop depth, aroma, and subtle tang . The result is a butter that is rich, layered, and quietly indulgent.
Every block is kneaded, shaped, and wrapped by hand in our chinoiserie print butter paper, just as butter was meant to be. No machines stamping uniform perfection. No shortcuts. Each 225g block carries the slight variations that come with hand finishing.
